The mechanical hand sandblasting machine is a precision device that uses multi-joint industrial robots for automated surface treatment. It mainly achieves precise processing of workpieces through the sand spraying device or grinding tool installed at the end of the mechanical arm. This equipment is suitable for surface treatment of complex curved surfaces and precision components, featuring a high degree of automation and good processing consistency. Its core modules include the robot motion system, abrasive injection system, workpiece positioning system and dust recovery system. The operation process only requires manual loading and unloading or the configuration of an automated material line. Common models are classified into six-axis robot type, articulated arm type, abrasive belt polishing type and non-standard customized type, which are respectively adapted to the processing requirements of complex curved surface parts, large workpieces, parts with high surface finish requirements and special workpieces.

This equipment adopts a robot control system and force control technology, and is equipped with wear-resistant nozzles and variable frequency speed regulation devices, capable of covering surface treatment of various materials such as metals, plastics, and composite materials. Major manufacturers such as Yaskawa Shougang, Estun, and Siasun offer six-axis robots, articulated arm robots and other models, with application fields covering industries such as automotive manufacturing, aerospace, and medical devices. Some patented technologies, such as the self-adaptive stress control system and 3D vision positioning technology, have further enhanced the processing accuracy and consistency of the equipment.
