ROBOTIC SAND-MAKING MACHINE
The robot grinding combination uses an industrial robot to realize fully automatic control and can be reprogrammed to complete various grinding operations in three-dimensional space.Including but not limited to the following technical features:
1.There are multiple grinding contact wheels available.In the grinding process,the system can control the speed of the sand belt,automatically adjust the tension of the sand belt, and automatically select the currently available contact wheels;
2.Provide offline programming software to reduce programming time;
3.Belt sander is driven by synchronous belt;
4.Tooling:After the evaluation and analysis of the product,the optimal Angle of robot grinding is designed.The grinding process does not need to change the Angle,and has the advantages of high efficiency, strong rigidity and high positioning accuracy.
